Well, that's a difficult question to answer, but QB64 supports OpenGL, and you would need a tutorial on OpenGL to make an example. This is probably not the best software to use for a 3D game. There are better choices like Game Maker and Dark Game Studio.

Try dark game studio. It's what I use.
