    1. Never mind lol. I figured it out, I had to change the permissions to !read only on the main folder to include all sub folders and files to allow the conversion with VS.

  1. Any Chance you have a PDF copy of the book. I have a hard copy and I would appreciate a digital copy if able as it is easier for me to read digitally due to my disabilities
